Buying hardware online is mostly a question of what happens after you click order. Here is how it works with us.
Delivery across the emirates
We deliver across the United Arab Emirates. Same or next working day is available in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman; Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah are typically two to three working days. You can set your emirate at the top of any page and the delivery estimate updates with it.
Paying for your order
Orders are paid online at checkout, before we arrange dispatch. Card payments are handled by PayPal, so your card details never reach us. Delivery options and any charges are shown at checkout before you confirm anything.
Returns
Eligible items can be returned — the returns page sets out what qualifies and how to start one. If something arrives faulty, tell us straight away: that is handled as a return rather than a warranty claim, which is usually quicker.
Warranty
Warranty length differs by manufacturer and by product, so it is stated on each product page rather than as a blanket promise. Keep the original packaging and accessories where you can, since some manufacturers ask for them.
Prices in dirhams
Every price on the site is in AED and that is what you pay. If you switch the display currency, the converted figure is indicative only — the charge is always in dirhams.
