Prices and currency

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). Where the site shows another currency, that figure is an indicative conversion for guidance only — your order is charged in AED.

Some products are listed as “price on request”. For those, no price is published and we quote you directly.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will contact you and you will not be charged for it.

We may decline or cancel an order where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was published in error, or where we cannot verify the delivery details.

Payment and delivery

Orders placed on the site are confirmed with our team on WhatsApp, and payment is arranged at confirmation, before the order is dispatched. Delivery options, timings and charges are shown before you confirm, and are set out on our shipping policy page.

Returns and warranty

Eligible items can be returned — see returns for what qualifies and how to start one. Manufacturer warranty, where it applies, is stated on each product page and explained on our warranty page.

Your account

Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account. We may suspend an account used for fraud or abuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
